How long does it take to receive my bike?
Once order is placed it will take 1-2 days to process order and 3-7 days to deliver it (depending on your proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area). We can also expedite the shipping at an additional cost.

How long is my warranty?
Whyte bike’s frames will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The duration of the limited frame warranty can be extended to four years by registering your purchase online here. The Main Pivot Bearings fitted to Whyte Full Suspension bikes are warrantied for life (original owner only). For full details, please visit our warranty page.
Can I order another Whyte model if I don’t see it online?

How do I get replacement parts?
We have all of the Whyte Bikes specific parts you'll ever need. If you're looking for service parts, please check with our k before ordering, as your parts may be covered under our Warranty Policy. Deraileur hangers are generally not covered under our warranty policy. Please check out our gear page for ordering information.
